Embarkation was very smooth, was on the ship in no time. The cabin was prepared as expected - we bought the cruise less than a month out so all we had to choose from was 2nd deck. Food was amazing; especially evening Room Service - BEST room service I have had out of 6 RCI ships. Cruise Director (Susan) was the worst CD I have experienced. Just threw out a lot of trivia events for the non-Pool Deck guests, no real other type of events that didn't involve shopping of some kind. Other RCI ships have more varied events, just felt like the CD wasn't really trying to engage and entertain guests. Fortunately, the Food and Bar staff really shined and did a great job. Didn't get off in either port (been to both before), so I can't comment on the port themselves. The only reason I rated the onboard experience low was because of the poor quality of the Cruise Director.
