Although My friends and I have already taken 2 cruises and made plans to take one every other year I am in disbelief as to how we were treated this 3rd time around. During the time of the hurricanes we were schedule to visit two of the places that had been hit. The cruise company, the day before decided to reroute the boat. The new destination were places that we have already visited. On top of that we had experienced personal incidents So we asked for a refund. (WOW!!) If I wrote about the back and forth that we went through this review would be pages long.

Carnival trying everything to get us on the boat, they even promised that we would have a good time. who would have a good time knowing there are hurricanes randomly popping up, and people devastated at these locations we'd be ("having a good time on") and what they didn't know was we had a friend that had taken a cruise the week before us whom had been suck in the middle of the sea ( because of the hurricanes) for 3 days. They docked two days late causing her to miss her flight and hotel accommodations and Carnival offered no compensation to her. As for me and my friends although we met all of Insurance guideline for a refund they denied us. We were later refunded our dock fee of $150... so out of 700+ dollars
