Wanted to try different cruise line, but sadly disappointed. The food in main dining room was very good and the breakfast in Sindhu (for suite guests). The lady in the library was unhelpful and quite rude when I asked for help registering the internet. There was no dry cleaning service which was annoying as it was advertised, all other cruise lines I have used give dry cleaning facility, and Holland America give it free to suite guests. Very frustrating when your clothes are not washable. The canapés delivered to our room were awful, as was the food in the buffet, very sloppy. The entertainment was geared round the forties and fifties and even older as was the music. Arcadia May be an adult only ship but they should cater for a more diverse age range that pleases everyone. I have cruised 13 times now and I won’t be using p and o again. The could learn so much from Holland America and NCL which in my view are way in front in every department.
