I gave this Cruise to my mom for Mother's day, she hasn't had a vacation in 3 years. Embarkation has gotten so fast in Galveston from parking to getting on the ship was 20 minutes total. We had a Balcony cabin on deck 6 almost aft which I had no idea but was very excited because we had a long balcony which fit a table 2 chairs and 1 lounger. We ate in Posh dining room and had a very nice wait staff. Let me start by saying I'm in the industry but not a huge fan of Carnival because I like to be waited on when on vacation. But we had a very nice time, I don't like the way stewards can only clean your cabin once a day and you have to ask for every thing. But you get what you pay for so it's not a bad ship, but I will recommend to bring a fan the cabins are warm overnight. The food is good we even splurged on the Steak House for Mother's Day and they didn't disappoint. We booked 2 excursions with Carnival, adult all-inclusive resort for the day in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Swimming with sting rays in Grand Cayman was crowded but my mom had the best time.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8A

Cabin was OK, needs updating but plenty of space for people. Shower was broken and flooded the bathroom every-time we showered. Balcony was nice and long 2 chairs, table and 1 lounger.
