Staff at the Epic are extremely organized. We had mid-ship balcony that was clean and a good size. We loved our balcony on deck 12. Food was good with many choices. We didn't go to any of the restaurants that you had to pay extra and we enjoyed the restaurants that were included. Interesting note when you buy drinks they take 20 per cent gratuity and also ask you for a tip?? Entertainment was great, shows were easy to pre-book if you didn't want to take a chance. Our favorite shows were Burn the Floor and Priscilla queen of the desert!! They were top quality shows. Loved our cabin steward!!! We did 2 tours one we booked through Tours of Capri and loved and our Monte Carlo Monaco and Eze tour through Norwegian and we were disappointed and should have booked on our own . Very rushed and guide was hard to understand. Loungers are hot commodity on the days at sea, save yours early.
