Wanted to try out one of Royal Carribbean;s ships and chose the Allure do to calendar.

Was extremely disappointed in the lack of service awarded to us. The dining room for breakfast was only fair and the buffet offered very poor quality food. All other ships we have sailed combine made to order dishes but not this one. One having dietary restrictions found service and selection extremely poor.

One morning our order was taken in the dining room. We waited over 1/2 hour for the food to arrive as they started to break down the buffet portion. When we asked where our food was we were told the kitchen was closed. After I spoke up to the manager they decided to provide us the ordered breakfasts. There was no excuse but the food arrived soon thereafter. There were 4 of us and there was no need for such an inconvenience.
