We just returned from a family cruise with 14 of us, ages 9 months to 68 years old and all had a great time. There was something for everyone. The food was good, not great. Service in the main dining room needs work. There needs to be more attention to detail...for example, when a baked potato is served, sour cream should be offered without having to ask. . Although the Harmony is a 5000+ passenger ship, we had no trouble finding a table in the Windjammer or any other food venue. We did wait in very short lines on occasion. We especially appreciated the hand washing sinks that you must pass through before you enter the Windjammer. We did find some empty Purell dispensers throughout the ship.

We had a similar family cruise on the Allure 4 years ago and have noticed that the quality of service on Royal Caribbean has deteriorated somewhat. Our room was fairly clean, but we noticed water glass rings on a table that was there when we checked in and a jar of some kind of cream in the night stand. We rarely saw our room attendant and in the past have seen them in the hall throughout the day.

Getting on and off the ship was fairly easy and quick, considering the number of passengers. Elevators were easy to get---once in a while we had to wait a few minutes. The pool areas were crowded but we were always able to find chairs.
