This ship was contracted by Noble Caledonia to circumnavigate Iceland. Nobel Caledonia would have to be the worst organised cruise ship company I have dealt with. Their systems were clunky, they could cope with two people in the same cabin with different addresses so kept sending material to only one party. They were advised that both of us would be arriving in the UK before the cruise and instructed that printed material should go to 2 UK addresses. This did not happen.
The cruise was on and old ship, the Ocean Diamond. The only things that the kitchen did well were breakfasts and cakes, the rest of the food whilst edible, was uninteresting and not very tasty.Very disappointing!
There was no entertainment at all on the ship despite the fact that there was a lounge with a dance floor and electronic equipment.
The cabin was small and worn. The chains didn't hang down far enough to block out the midnight sun. Cabin service was very good.
