This was out first time on a celebrity cruise. It was fantastic, from the wonderful staff , to the beautiful ship , great food and a brilliant itinerary. On arriving at Southampton we parked in the car park only 5 minutes walk to the ship. The cases were swiftly taken on board for us with this we walked in to boarding area and again we were swiftly signed in. We then boarded the ship. We only had to wait around 1 hour to be able to enter the cabin. Whilst waiting we sat in a beautiful bar area and had a drink. We went down to the cabin when they said it's fine now and our suitcases were waiting for us. we had a balcony cabin and on entering just thought this is great. All very clean and well presented. We mostly ate in the ocean view buffet restaurant. The food and staff for the whole 2 weeks were fantastic. All the waiting on staff are so friendly always smiling. The chefs are quality. We didn't go in to the theatre to watch the entertainment. It was always to busy. They showed movies on a big screen. They were great. There were violinists playing on board. I especially enjoyed listening to. The disco was always good. There are good channels to watch on the television in the cabin. We loved the itinerary on the cruise. The wonderful Baltic cities.My favorite has to be Helsinki, really beautiful. We bought a couple of trips for St Petersburg. They were very good. Everything is so well organized on this ship. When you leave the ship the staff are smiling, when you come back on they greet you. On leaving the ship at the end of the holiday again everything was so well organized no problems at all. Wonderful holiday. Can't wait to cruise on the Silhouette some time soon I hope !
