Seeing Alaska was the main reason for taking this cruise. We chose Norwegian because they offered free style cruising and, based on reviews, seemed to attract a more mature cruiser. We chose the Pearl because of the itinerary and small size of ship.

Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth and painless, thanks to an extremely well organized system. The luggage handling system in place makes things go even easier.

The food was very good and the service was excellent, especially in Indigo. However, all the restaurants we tried were good including the buffet.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B2

Small, cozyl space that lived bigger due to thoughtful planning. Plenty of storage space. Comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom layout: surprisingly roomy. Only drawback: water temperature fluctuated in shower.

Port Reviews

Glacier Bay

Loved the way the ship pirouetted slowly making the glacier visible to all .it had such a quiet and peaceful feel about it.
