Cabin: Balcony
We had an issue with the temperature of our Cabin being way too hot. We couldn't even stand to take showers and get ready at night as it was too hot. We called to have it fixed and 5-6 hours later nothing had been done. No one seemed to care and the lady that answered our call was rude to us.
Customer Service dropped the ball.
The food was not the greatest. Average to poor I would say.

NEVER get a Balcony room in the summer! Your room will be more like a sauna and they do nothing about it. Miserable!
