We wanted to see Europe and the ports that Royal was traveling to. The ship looked great when we were looking to go. The weather I’ve there in the summer was supposed to be amazing. So everything lined up to go on this cruise for a family vacation. We didn’t know they we would run into so many problems with our stateroom. The formal dining was great! I just wished windjammer would change up the food chooses for the day and added so different things. It seem like we were eating the same thing over and over. Not much difference day by day. We wish the cruise had a pool table that was fun on serenade of the seas. Over all the ship needs a big upgrades. The staff was super nice and formal dining was always on top, they had so many different food to try and always was willing to explain was something was. Or even brought it out for us to try!

It was horrible experience. The air conditioner wasn’t working very hot in the room with 4 people. You could walk out of the room and feel the AC in the hall and they kept telling it was normal but when we went to our family room they had AC and it was cool in their room. The bathroom door kept coming off the henges and the screws kept falling out! Not the best experience when everything kept breaking the AC was looked at 5 times and then we were given a fan for the last 4 days. Second time with Royal Carribean and it was the second tome wee been disappointed
