The ship is beautiful. But they use wrong venue for games and entertainment etc. the music room only has a few seats that can see the stage. Great for bar scene but not for family’s to participate or even watch what is going on. The cabin was fantastic and always clean, Serenity are should be more quiet a few young people were playing rap music loudly in the hot tub. Some people actually left the area. Dining programs are a little confusing, my time is ok but seating not always available when booked. Ship seems to be well maintained. Staff was all super. Beach towels at checkout for island always charged to account but when got back on ship they did not give to much concern for how many were returned, not enough machine to fill cup for soda package or places to get a glass of water. If windjammer is closed you have to hunt and search to find another water fountain with glasses.
