Our friends chose this cruise and, based on reputation of the line, we decided to accompany them. The ship was lovely and kept immaculately clean. The service, without exception, was exceptionally professional and friendly. The first cruise, in our opinion, lacked enrichment talks which would have added a lot. The second cruise included talks which were appreciated.
The only down side was the food. It seemed to be hap-hazard and disappointing in its total lack of local cuisine. We ate ashore 13 times to sample the local fare. It seemed unfair that reservations were required except in the main dining room . We didn't know this on the first cruise so had little variety. Also, not knowing beforehand which nights were formal, we found ourselves at an informal restaurant in formal dress. The Indochine restaurant seemed to be under-utilized as once was enough for many.
It was fascinating to visit Albania, Croatia, and Montenegro. We were ill-informed about them before the cruise and it was delightful to visit them. They were highlights.
Cabin was more than adequate and was kept immaculate at all times
