We went on this cruise because of the Sonoma wineries' " wine cruise". The Riviera was elegant with impeccable service from all restaurants and cabin sttendants. Receptionists seemed cold and management not responsive. Only Toscana and Jacque's were excellent. Grand Dining Room and Terrace were good. Red Ginger and Polo Grill were so so at best. The biggest disappointment was La Reserve, where at $165 per person but served food that was unacceptably bad. The "fancy wines" paired with dinner were uneven and did nothing to enhance the food. Had no choice but to walk out during course no.4 (out of 7), could not finish any plate they placed in front of me. The food was the worst compared to any other dining location on the ship. What a shame.

As foodies, this should never happen. Prices were high in everything, excursions, wines, cocktails, etc. would not recommend Oceania to anyone who expects above average standards. Personally, would not go on another Oceania Cruise again.

A little small but the 2 attendants were simply wonderful. They were the best part of this cruise. They kept every tidy and neat around the clock. Amazingly efficient.
