Sail Date: Mar 2018
Cabin: Princess Suite

We have sailed several times on Victoria, always in Princess Grills, and loved it. This time the room was dirty, and very noisy. The ship was under crewed and no one seemed very happy. The room was not cleaned until mid to late afternoon, which is unusual and was very inconvenient.

The ship was very noisy with the infrastructure creaking and groaning 24/7

The food was adequate but not of the usual standard and the menu should really be changed more regularly. To have the same limited menu for two weeks is not luxury. The meal times were only redeemed by the Maitre'd, he was a lovely man and extremely attentive and helpful.

Cabin Review

Princess Suite

Stains on the sofa, mess and food crumbs under the cushions. The cabin was grubby and tired, surfaces and items like the flower vase, were sticky, gritty and dirty. We found items left in bedside drawers. The bathroom floor was dirty. And under the bed!! yuk! Just not up to the usual Cunard standard.
