We were very disappointed with the cruise ship itself, very poorly laid out:

Your Guest Services area is right beside the biggest party area “Atrium and Bar” both floors! Impossible to understand let alone hear the staff.Absolutely no areas to sit and view the outside as you sail! Pool area for that size of ship is a joke.
