We found the food and service were awful. Our cabin bathroom had hair that did not belong to us and was not very clean.

Our dining experience was atrocious! We waited for over 45 minutes to have our dinner plates cleared and desert menus offered. The wait staff took offense when we said we were leaving, we had been in the dining room for 2 hours at that point in time. All of the other tables around us got their food, drinks and deserts way before we did and we were seated at least 10-15 minutes before any of them. They were long gone before our dinner plates were cleared. The worst part is that we waited long periods of time for gray crab legs that had no flavor, miniscule lobster tails that smelled and tasted horrible and that was some of the better food.

The on board entertainment was scarce or so crowded you could not find a seat to enjoy it. The comedian was great but we had to stand during the show because there was no seating available. Very unorganized at the bar area where he performed.

Cabin was not overly clean. I find stray hair that does not belong to us gross.
