Never thought we would ever be able to visit Cuba, so took advantage of this 5 day cruise while we could! Havana was so interesting and tour guides provided lots of info and history. We went in June and it was hot and humid. We were there overnight., so had two days to see Old Havana. Saw many points of interest by bus, did walking tour in Old Havana, experienced cigars, rum, and coffee, had delicious meal at Paladar Los Mercaderes. The old cars were a treat! Tours were through Royal Caribbean and were great! Modern A/C tour buses. Guides were excellent. University educated (free) and natives of Cuba. Spoke several languages. People very friendly! Ship was better than expected! Old but recently refurbished Majesty of the Seas. Entertainment was great, Staff was excellent, friendly and attentive. If you want to see Havana, strongly recommend this cruise! Also went to Cozamel, but that was a shopping port. We had already seen Mayan ruins, so didn't do anyting but shop and have lunch there. BY the way, many businesses take dollars in Havana! Would definitely go back to Havana! Would stay longer.
