We choose this cruise after researching and looking at all cruises. This cruise ship is noted to be 2018 best overall so we took a chance. Upon the start of our cruise the family entered our rooms next to each other to obtain our keys and information and a horrible smell emulated from them. we also saw that there was a lot of deterioration in them. The rooms looked old, felt used and unclean and just did not give us a good start on the vacation. The food was awful the entire trip and the service was only subpar. At one point we had spoken with the Dining Room Manager and the Executive Chef and were told that our dining accommodations and our dining experience will not be like this again. We were switched to a different dining room and the service was much better but the food was still not good. We are not picky people, we don't normally complain but we do have some expectation on getting a good meal. We did not eat in the dining room much from that point forward. We did have a couple nights of specialty dining and figured the buffet would be better than the dining room. Other than the dinner at Chops which was okay and the dinner we had at Central 150 which for the ship was great we had horrible dining experiences. The two times we had breakfast in the dining rooms half, no joke HALF of us sat and waited more than 45 minutes for our meals while the others received there meals. One time milk came hot and curdled and the bagel was as hard as a rock. It was not the way we had wanted out dining experiences to go on this trip. At a certain point not even halfway through our vacation we kinda of just knew that we weren't going to get any real good service or food until we got home. How sad.

The ship was way to large and the staff was poorly trained. The pools had really rude and disrespectful people. The adults had way to much to drink and treated each other with no respect. There was no class on this ship whatsoever. It seemed like the kids on board the ship were more well behaved that most adults.I witnessed adults who were in a kids pool yelling at other adults for splashing or playing with their kid. Dirty looks and a lot of cussing all over the ship. Overall we feel that we didn't receive the vacation that we all had hoped for, wished for and deserved. It was a bummer of a vaca.
