My husband and I, and our best friends who happen to be our daughter's in-laws, feel that Royal Caribbean is THE best cruise line to go on! We've been on many different cruise lines and cruise ships, but one of our favorites is the Oasis of the Sea! Your crew members take good care of you and remember your name even though there's about 6,500 guests and crew on board! Crew works hard to make sure you enjoy your cruise, and make sure you are happy! The food in the dining rooms are even more delicious than the last time we were on the Oasis a year ago, and if you can't find something to do, it's your own fault!

Off the ship, we went on a RCCL endorsed Jeep Adventure shore excursion in Cozumel, and our amazing guides were Pedro and Xio! To say it was fun would be an understatement! The Jeep had air conditioning which made it very comfortable in nearly 100 degree, sunny weather; the stop at their private beach for snorkeling and swimming was BEAUTIFUL, and my husband, an avid snorkeler, did not want to get out of the water! Lol! The food smelled wonderful and all who ate said it was delicious!! It was only $10 for all you can eat! There was also a bar for alcohol-beverages and non-alcohol beverages. There were also plenty of chairs and chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas and the sea breeze felt really good! (We had eaten a big breakfast on the ship and were quite thrilled that they gave us free bottles of water. They wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated, and it was obvious that Pedro and Xio truly cared about us!) The small remnants of Mayan Ruins near the ocean and the story of its use there was very cool! It was used by the Mayans to alert them of hurricanes, but that's all I'm saying about that because it was ingenious for a primitive people of the era, and you just have to try this excursion to learn more.
