Booked this cruise last year while on Navigator of the Seas. We were really excited after all the hype about the changes The ship is lovely with lots to explore. However it is very noticeable that there is limited seating in ALL areas. Our cabin (6596) was a balcony but there was an awful noise that was constant when the ship was moving.Complained 3 times, had 2 supervisors and 3 workman come out to try and fix the issue but was told by the last workman that it was "Normal noise"! After 6 nights and a few tears at customer service desk we were eventually moved to another cabin, 5 doors downed also a balcony but it was quiet....no noise.....so NOT NORMAL!!! After this issue we started to enjoy ourselves a bit more even though we were still trying to catch up on sleep!! Playmakers is an amazing addition to the ship. This bar has a great atmosphere and hard working staff who were constantly busy but always smiling!! Service in all areas were a little slow but the ship was allegedly fully booked. Food was gorgeous and a great selection for even the most fussiest of eaters and always saw plates of chips in the main dining room! Shops were pointless to me as i refuse to spend more than £50 on a handbag let alone £200++ and I don't go on holiday to spend that type of money! The casino staff were great. We had never taken part in anything like that before but they were willing to show you how each table game works. Evening entertainment was hit or miss Grease was fantastic but Darren Day meh! The destinations themselves were stunning all local attractions were within walking distance or free shuttle buses were available.

Underwhelming

Cabin Review

Cabin 6596
Reasonably clean, apart from two old teabags found under the dressing table.
Stateroom attendant was willing to move the glass coffee table to allow for more floor space.

Room had a constant noise like a creaking floor board. Noticed wedges of wood placed around the walls and ceiling so must of been a past issue. No noise on the balcony or when in port! So if you are a light sleeper I suggest you ask for a room change as even ear plugs didn't block the noise!
Shower was ok but better in the other cabin we moved to (6586)
