Service good generally - excellent cabin steward and spa staff good, as are,bar and restaurant staff...Excursions also patchy but Gaudi tour excellent

Staff paid commission only on drinks and disclosure of bullying by member of spa staff, juxtaposed,with huge,price,hikes for 2019,

Dumbing down in terms of customers including hogging of sun beds and poor supervision of children -,signage not observed in terms of not jumping in pool,and poor behaviour in dining rooms
