Our family had been on carnival years ago and vowed never to do it again. Because they have cruises out of Tampa close to where I live we decided to give the line another try. I'm glad we did. We had a marvelous time. The food was good, the itinerary was great, and we really enjoyed the comedians.

Everyone on board was very gracious especially our cabin steward. All of the servers in the restaurant were fantastic. My only real complaint is the Decor on board. It truly needs to be updated. While the cabins are fine, the dining room, comedian lounge, pool areas and other public places are sadly outdated. I had read that many parts of the ship had been rehabilitated. But really only a few places look modern including the shops, the sports bar and a few other locations.

Carnival has done a good job to make a vacation enjoyable and relaxing with just the right touch of shore excursions.

Balcony

Cabin 8D

Typical narrow room with flat screen TV. You could not check your account on the television. Selection of entertainment was very limited on TV. Just enough deck space on the balcony.
