Chose bec advertised itinerary says tues- Havana, wed -Havana. The truth was Wed was a day at sea as they departed Cuba at 6 am.
If not bad enough, they advertised Keratase treatment $49 in the daily flyer on the non Cuba day . Oh, no , the $49 is for a blow out. Keararase starts at $149! Thirdly, daily activity sheet said Yoga 12:00 on their private island, Great Stirrup Cay. No Yoga to be found and staff kept redirecting me to the other side of the beach area, although everything was visible from any view point. I gave up by 12:15 and 4 different replies.
Deceptive advertising and NCL reps say don’t care! They also did not know a lot about regulations and Cuban customs ( re entering/ leaving). We brought lots of goods to distribute which we could not bring in!

Water scalding! Dangerously hot and I love hot showers.
Had to beg for more towels! Request for 2 full sets resulted in 2 additional towels, although they were delivered fairly promptly.
