Previously did this same itinerary with the Dawn and loved it, this time extremely disappointed. The servers in Bamboo where not friendly, threw the menus at us when we sat, never smiled, just dropped the plates and walked away. The food in Garden Cafe was terrible, felt it was the same selections day after day. The Spa staff and service was excellent. The room and cabin staff was fabulous, room very clean, staff attentive and friendly. Not enough staff on deck during the day, had to go to the bar to order drinks, long lines at bar. Also, people would hold chairs on deck all day long and never use them, frustrating when you where looking for a seat and there were none. Not as many activities by the pool during the day as in the past. Don't know if I would try Norwegian Cruise line again, food last couple of cruises has been horrible, and they seem to be cutting back on the amount of staff.
