The ship is in serious need of repairs and has a sewage smell irrespective of where you are on the ship. The conditions are terrible and the senior members do not care of your cmoplaints regarding the conditions on the ship. There was smell of paint and leaks everywhere

The food on the ship is not up to the required health safety standards. The food was cold at breakfast and when brought to the attention f the staff, we were told that we did not have to eat it and could just leave it. Food was also handled by bare hands and staff did not enforce the washing of hands in the dining area.

Looking at the cruise staff, they seemed to be working long hours exceeding the normal working hours. Don't know what the requirements are for working hours, but it was evident that they exceeded the 12 hours/day. Read more
