We chose this cruise since we love Bermuda and the price was very cheap for a 7 night cruise.
The crew were so friendly and helpful for the most part. The ship is old but seemed alright in our view.
We had asked to sit at a large table in the man dining room for dinner and were put at a table for 4 and the other couple showed up a half an hour late the first night and the waiter wouldn't take our order or serve us food until they came. The second night the other couple didn't show at all so again he waited to take our order until we said we'd like to eat so please take our order. That night we spoke to the matre'd to change tables and we were sat at a lovely table for 6 for the rest of the cruise. The people at that table were so nice and the waiter Rafael was fabulous along with his assistant waiter Hery. I highly recommend them if you can request their table in the main dining room.
Cabin Review
Sky Suite 2
we were in an inside cabin on the 3rd floor. The room was clean but the bathroom tile on the floor and shower was all moldy in the grout. I filled out a comment card the second night and the last day of the cruise they decided to replace all of the tiles and locked our bathroom door so we wouldn't go in there. When my room steward told us about it he said we would get another cabin to use for the bathroom. Turns out that cabin which was very nice was up on the 11th floor. No way can we use the bathroom up there and then come back down to the 3rd floor cabin. When we complained they told us to use the 11th floor balcony cabin. It would have been wonderful if it wasn't the last day and by the time we were told that we had to pack our bags so that they could go out in the hallway on time. I had to pack things for overnight and the next day and bring them up to the 11th floor cabin. We only had enough time to shower and change our clothes before dinner. We totally lost the last day of our cruise.
Other than that our Cabin Steward Carlos was wonderful and very helpful whenever we asked for anything.
We just wish that they would have replaced the tiles after we left rather than displacing us the last day of the cruise. Didn't have time to enjoy the pool/sun or upper decks at all that day.
