Cabin Review

The only issue we had on this trip, is one that I wager would be difficult to effectively address.

Lovely room from top to bottom, but the fact that the outdoor cafe is directly above was a bit of a nuisance. My wife had a drink (assuming unknowingly) dumped on her feet as she and my baby girl were lounging on our spacious deck in the middle of the day.

Every morning food/drink and cig butts littered the balcony as well.

Especially disturbing was the morning of disembarkation, one of the balcony lounge chair covers was absolutely riddled with an array of gross dark splatters.

Problem is, the cruise constantly reminds folks please don't throw anything over board/into the ocean.

I mean, it's common sense really.

Alcohol though, copious amounts for freebies, is a helluva drug.

So, I don't know really how this problem can be avoided other than to simply heed my warning and book deck 9 instead (deck 8 is directly above the theater which apparently can be a bit loud in its own right).

So other than that, this was a perfect getaway and the penthouse was a luxury worth the price of admission.
