Chose this cruise line because I was looking for a smaller ship, with fewer guests, but a more pampered, luxurious experience. Paid a lot for the nicer cabin, with butler service. Not worth the money. Butler did nothing more than a steward would do. The ship itself was nice, but the staff and service was lacking. Maybe inexperienced? Waiters looked the other way when we tried to get their attention. There were items not on the menu that we didn't know about, like crab legs. They were a secret we were not privy to. With each excursion, a Silversea employee came along, but was not helpful when there were issues or questions. Outside excursion vendors did not know what was promised to Silversea guests, and many excursions were not exclusive to Silversea guests. We were put with the wrong excursion at one port. Chaotic. And not reimbursed for their mistake!

Veranda Suite

Cabin V4

Cabin was very nice. But the butler didn't really do anything. He never offered to unpack, as was promised. There was never a nice bath run, which I had heard was a perk. When I asked the butler about a dinner issue in the morning, he didn't get back to me until it was too late, and the issue didn't matter anymore.
