We choose this cruise because of the ports. Originally we were supposed to be on NCL Sun and then they switched the ship. NCL Customer Service was awful and if they don't want travel agencies booking they're cruises, then they should stop that practice.
We had two medical emergencies in the first 24 hours, one via hovercraft, the second required the ship to turn around in a gale/wind storm. Person had to be airlifted. They only announced two updates during the entire rescue.
We were in the pink diamond owner suite and likewise had someone in our party in the adjoining balcony stateroom 10506. Boarding in Vancouver was fairly straight forward. The only irritation was the agent yelling about no drinks allowed through security.
Room was nice, however, mold on shower ceiling and bathroom ceiling was not acceptable. Likewise repair job on tub looked like it was done in a rush. Bed was comfortable.
