Destination and price motivated our booking. We had a group of 14 friends who travelled with us. The staff of the Kadlin bent over backwards to provide top tier service in all areas of the ship. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and extremely professional. We were not docked in Paris but were transferred by motor coach. I would have preferred to be closer to Paris but shuttles were provided. The weather was warm and pleasant so sightseeing was perfect. The tour guides on the excursions were all well informed professionals who provided in depth information about the culture and history of the areas we visited. River cruises are ideal for groups because the entire group does not have to travel together and no one has the burden of planning excursions for the group. Some days, members of our group decided to stay back on the ship or go off on their own and everyone met back at the ship for dinner. We all had a wonderful time and came back with great memories!
