Great overall cruise, our 35th... had some rough seas but nothing to really write home about. Been in worst. The crew were wonderful, the food was much better and the ship was in excellent condition. It’s not new, but very clean.

The port of San Francisco is very good for easy on and off. We drove from Los Angles and parked our car one block away in a secure parking structure at a daily rate is $18, for the SF area is very good. Plan to reserve, they can book up quickly.

The embark was speedy. In the terminal and on the ship in 15 minutes. We were able to go directly to our cabin.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin B2

Cabin was smallish, closet was the smallest we have seen. More like a 7 day cruise size but we were able to sqize our stuff in. The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable and the noise was very low. Not much of anything could be heard.

We were in the aft center of the ship. Baja deck. Great views, very little movement.. the ship had some heavy seas but hell its Alaska seas. The views of Tracy Arm was excellent.

Our steward was world class and helped us out on several user error problems.

Overall I would get this cabin again.

Port Reviews

Juneau

Lengthy stay, mainly when store shopping

Skagway

Lengthy stay... visited jewel gardens we love this place every time we visited Skagway our 11 time there.

Sitka

Too short of a stay. Went shopping and walked the town. About a 15-20 minutesone way from the ship.

San Francisco

It was our primary port to start and end this journey
