I've been on one River and 2 Ocean Cruises with Viking and will be booking another one soon.
From the friendly and helpful staff, amazing food, fantastic entertainment, this cruise line has it all.
I love the balcony space and it is wonderful to order breakfast in your room and enjoy it on the balcony with the scenery that makes you realize how lucky you are to be able to have this vacation.

The cabin was always clean and the room steward always available if I need something, no matter the time of day.
