We cruised the Baltic with the the Norwegian Breakaway expecting a quality of service similar to Carnival or Royal Caribbean.

Despite it being my 8th cruise, I am disappointed to report that I have never been on a more disinterested ship in my life. I really expected more of Norwegian.

You'll find that the statistics of the ships size are deceiving, as most of the space is used to onboard 3600 passengers over the provision of passengers amenities. By far the worst factor is the disinterested service. We don't have any special requests, but don't expect anyone to smile, or to act mildly enthusiastic. Read more
