This ship is awful. Our 9th cruise, we know what to expect. Guest relations were terrible. The people on this ship just didn't want to help. From guest services, to house keeping (one day our room wasn't touched) to the cruise director (when is it funny to make fun of people who get hurt).

The app we paid for didn't work on half my parties phones, so 4 of us could text each other, the other 4 couldn't. The a.c. didn't work while the ship was moving, I've never been so hot in my life and I'm from Florida!

I was injured and needed medical services, wasn't able to move my left leg at all, crying in front of the Dr. Asked for her notes to give to my PCP, in there she lied and said "patient had full mobility and was in good spirits." I just don't trust carnival.

Cabin 4E

The cabin was a regular size cabin, but out of the 4 days it needed to be cleaned, one day we had to call for wash clothes because he gave us none and one day he missed us entirely. Not once did he put up the bunk beds so we constantly hit our heads.
