A Seabourn on-board credit of $250 @ guest was provided for on-going pool deck area and pool repairs with patio restaurant interruption. In our opinion, the compensation offered was inadequate for the scope of repairs and interruption. Seabourn's response to our survey review on this inadequaecy included the following: "We ... apologize for the onboard maintenance on Deck 8 that disturbed you during your recent sailing. Because our ships sail continually, certain tasks and improvements must be performed while at sea. We attempt to accomplish all necessary work in a manner that is least disruptive to our travelers, and we regret any inconvenience you encountered. With this, we regret that the compensation offered to you did not meet your expectations. ... While we are unable to offer additional compensation in this situation, we hope you will accept our deepest regrets for your disappointment." The necessary deck area repair was mentioned in a February negative review. Had we known that this disturbance, disappointment and interruption would have occurred, we would have avoided this sailing. The amount of compensation provided by Seabourn was very inadequate. Food was overall great, drinks as well. Entertainment was excellent; service top notch. Thomas Keller was THE SAME; Seabourn needs to revisit their contract with Keller. Will not eat there any more.

Seabourn's response to our survey review on this inadequaecy included the following:
