This was our first with Viking and our first in river cruising in Europe. It was a trip recommended by our AAA travel agent and we are ever so glad we followed her advise.

We chose not to visit prior or after the cruise itself to save the additional cost but it would have been well worth the cost from what others on our trip shared. Everything so well planned and executed from being met at the airport til your last goodbye at departure. The boat itself was so beautiful. Our room was a veranda layout for we wanted to be able to sit on outside our room. The bed was so comfortable. The room layout was good; there was room for all. I liked to track where we were, so found that aspect of the TV very rewarding. I loved the feature in the shower that allows you to select heat level you like and leave it there for the entire trip.Heated floor in the bathroom and a non steamed up mirror were such a blessing.

Food choices and service were outstanding. If you wanted to be adventurous you could or eat what you were familiar with and it was all so so good. We loved our chef and his talents.
