We chose it because of small boat and we had never been to this area. The service and food were top notch. Viking in my opinion was an excellent choice. Met a lot of people on board of ship. I felt the crew did go out of their way to take care of us. We enjoyed our trip so much we have booked another river cruise for 2019. Everyday getting on and off boat was easy. Where boat docked it would of been easy to just go for a walk or sightseeing on your own. We elected to do as many group activities as possible and were never disappointed. The tour guides on shore gave us many personal experiences of the area we were in. it would of been nice to have an exercise area but no facilities at all. The language spoken by all employees and tour guides was very good English. We hit a week of perfect weather which made trip even better.
