Did not know that they had changed gratuity policy.Belize excursion was terrible very dirty beach area.Food was always cold in the buffet.Some of the staff weren’t very nice or helpful.I would not Cruise on again with Norwegian.Bought drink packages only to be changed for Red Bull. Plus our bag was left in Belize and Every piece of jewelry stolen.. besides for a cheaper piece.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went I went to the staff no-one seem to care but it was Norwegian private island.. at the end of the cruise we got no answers .. The specialty items in the restaurants where the .same is line they would switch the menus around..Couldn’t leave the ship on the last day without paying 18 dollars more.Very terrible experience for my first cruise.Should have been informed of the changes to your tipping policies since I had booked way before it changed. Never again with Norwegian
