This was our 4th cruise and we will never sail MSC again. The room was beyond small, but that did not bother us to bad as we did not spend too much time there.
We travel with kids and they had our dinner set for 9:15, should have been an easy fix but we had to stand in a line for over an hour to get it changed. Once changed they sat us at a table designed for 2 and crammed all 4 of us at it.
The food is awful. The duck tasted like burnt turkey. The steaks were a joke. All vegetables tasted like they were cooked several hours in advance. The desserts tasted store bought. The buffet was worse. The pastries came straight out a box. Ice cream was awful.

All our information was on my phone. We arrived in the terminal and were told to get off our phone. When I explained that our information was on the phone, I told to go outside. When I further explained that would not help, we were told to get out of line. a female told us without looking at the list we were not booked on this ship. After 15 minutes and repeatedly asking her to look at the list were given a room number.
Next we had to go through the same with the next attendant to go through the detectors.
