Embarkation and disembarkation were very smooth, no issues or problems with either one. Was very disappointed that there was no happy hour at any bar for this cruise. Also there was no platinum/elite cocktail hour. Bar service was very good, some times it seemed like they were short staffed though and you had to go and order your drink because no one was around to take the order.

Too much emphasis on Effy events and Art Auction events. They do not need to push these products as much as they do.

Ship excursions taken were great. Did the Mendenhall glacier trail and Whale watching in Juneau with a group of less than 20. This was great. Did the White Pass and Yukon adventure in Skagway - amazing and beautiful scenery. Read more
