We went on a cruise from 6/11 - 6/16 with about 15 other friends. First of all, the cabins are VERY small and there are few balcony rooms. Second, we were on board 24 hours and our room was never serviced and it was only serviced then because we complained. Our friends were right next to us and theirs was serviced three times before ours was even once. We only saw our room steward one time in five days. Our server at dinner was awesome and the food was pretty good. Pretty much the same menu selections every night though. Third, we were given wrong information by many staff several times during the cruise. The last day I was trying to return a beach towel so we wouldn't be charged for it. Couldn't find our room steward so asked a staff member we saw in the hall. They told us we had to take it back to the pool. I asked if someone would be there since we were ready to disembark. They said yes. We got up there and were told we had to return it to guest services where we waited in a huge line. The shows were average. Nothing great. Only two towel animals the whole trip and no chocolates on the pillows like I've had on other cruise lines. The drinks were more expensive than other cruises I've been on. This cruise was just average.

Cabin 2N

The cabin was VERY small. Probably the smallest we've ever had. The sheets and pillows were nice and bed was comfortable.
