Where to begin, We had a wonderful time. Embarking was great!! Bought the Fast to the Fun Pass it was everything they said it was, highly recommend it. Spent this Cruise just relaxing, so all our excursions were with relaxing in mind. But first lets talk about the Ship, Carnival Splendor, was beautiful, pink and easily to find your way around. Was on the 6th floor balcony by the elevators. My opinion best place to have your cabin. Did not hear them, after a night of fun easy to find your room. Steward was great, they have always been, Room itself was fine without any problems,. Dining was great, love the set up on the Lido deck, some of the other ships have change the way they set up the lines with the Buffett items in the middle. Liked the way it was set up on this ship. Easy to find what you wanted. Pizza the best.... Ate in the Steakhouse. Food was great as usual, but only issue did not get the bottle of wine as promised when booking. But the best place for us to dine was the dining room (we always get anytime dinning) was we sat at the same group of tables and the head waiter and his assistance were great, called me by name when I came in, service was well above what I expected. This was the first time I directly tipped my waiters. There were so much to do on the ship, ALex our cruise activities director was great I have seen many reviews about him, they are so true. I can not say enough about the service. The crew really try and make it a great experience. The only bad part of the cruise is the chairs by the pool, people hold them and never use them. Went to a movie could not find a seat, towels hanging on chairs where no one ever sat.... rude.. something needs to be done. Shore excursions in Carbo I went on the Sail and Snorkel, it was ok, Crew were great, the current at the snorkel area was too strong, it was very easy to swim out but I needed help to get back to the boat. Scary!!! The next place was the Mazatlan, I went to a resort it was nice, beautiful and the pool was great. Excellent service.... finally my favorite was in great, kissed a Sea Lion, excellent Lunch, beach was great with so many things to do. Finally disembarking was smooth as silk. It was just a wonderful cruise, even won money in the Casino...
