My husband win the vacation for bahamsh and we thay give up this cruise line which we pay for it. When we rich over there every thing was ok after check in in to the cruise i fall down because there floor was wet and not done mop so i was on whill chair all time in pain and customer service people are rood, bad not helping for anything. And dannial was on customer service and tell that he is not charging me for doctor. I can't a enjoy any thing and they don't have done any thing for complimentry or cmapnsetion. Not only that but have to wait in line while im in wheelchair. Terribal customer service naver seen befor no superwiser on any one ther to talk to u. I have wait for person that i can talk whit some one. Bed,horrible no words naver go with them
