Always a great experience with RCCL. The employees always work hard to make sure customers are as happy as possible. From food to sleeping quarters everything has always had special attention to make it just right.

The room attendant (Solomon Williams) did more than just that. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always very pleasant when we were around. The room was always “mysteriously clean”. We called him the “ninja cleaner” because almost every time we left and came back the room was perfect. FYI, I NEVER remember a name. That’s how good he was.

Our dinner attendant in the “chic” restaurant (Pande) was awesome. From the first time we met him he and his assistant (Yingyang?) always knew what we wanted to drink, and took the time to “learn” what our likes were. He (Pande) was friendly and entertaining. It was not like he had to try. He was like a friend who knows who you are and you like him being there.

Cabin GB

Nice room. Always well cared for and just like new. All items were just like new and worked perfectly. I only wish they had a few more channels and didn’t repeat so much.

The toilets could be normal size...
