As a loyal captains club members we have nearly always travelled with celebrity, but found that things have slipped and had to make a formal complaint when we were onboard with regards to the quality, variety, food temperature and service in the silhouette restaurant. The final straw was what they called lava cake, it would have better it was called “anyone for squash!” The over cooked cold squash balls we were served were a disgrace. Although it was sorted, it was far from premium. On the plus side Captain Kate made the cruise for us - we have never met a more approachable captain - well done celebrity for finding this lovely lady. Also the food in the ocean court was leaps ahead of the silhouette restaurant, but for our evening meal we want to be served. Went to Murano one evening - outstanding. Also you had to be up at 7am on deck to get a sun bed on sea days - they should not allow reserving of sun beds - what happened to the 30minute rule. On the whole it was just an OK cruise where before it has been outstanding
