We went on this cruise to celebrate my sister and husband 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped on the cruise there was not one crew person welcoming on board. Our cabin steward was friendly. Service in the main dining was slow and quality of food was poor. Lack of communication with changes in ports. The television stations were bad. How about some Hawaii five-0 would be nice. Did only 1 excursion with the cruise line after the changes in port calls. That excursion was great because it didn't have NCL crew. Never heard one passenger say this was a good cruise ship. Is anyone reviewing the survey's or listening to this reviews? Our travel agent prepared us for a low end customer service and food/beverages. Guess we got that. We have traveled on other cruises. We will not cruise again with NCL. Only good thing about this ship is the ports of call.
