This was our 8th cruise for first with Celebrity, a special treat for my 60th birthday. We did enjoy our cruise but we were disappointed also. 3 out of 4 prebooked excursions were cancelled, I missed an email shortly before our holiday re one being cancelled and when I asked about a refund with customer relations they said couldn't help and told me to email celebrity in Miami! When we got on board I asked what cocktails I could have with our classic drinks package and was told just upgrade, bar staff at lawn club really couldn't be bothered! I was told to go to customer relations to get a list which I did but they couldn't tell me either! Really bad start. On the plus side food was good and French restaurant outstanding. 2 excursions we did go on we're excellent, i.e. Sting rays and cooking in Mexico. Room was nice and room Stewart v pleasant. Enjoyed the Solarium also. Entertainment: poor, parties were good but v little during the day. Californian girl I think called Kim was so happy and cheery and always remembered my name so full marks there.
