We absolutely love the staff and all that Norwegian cruises provide. We have been on other cruise lines and just don’t get the same service that Norwegian provides. This was probably the coolest family vacation we’ve ever taken! I highly recommend this cruise. Our three kids loved the programs provided for teens and preteens. Norwegian always has wonderful food choices, which allows for healthy eating and vacation eating! We stayed in the Haven and it was gorgeous. The personal service we received from the Haven staff was top notch.

We also loved all of the excursion choices. Ziplining through the jungle, a relaxing day at the beach, learning about the history of the Mayan people and seeing the pyramids, and swimming with dolphins. There is something for everyone in the excursion choices. I felt like the areas we were in were safe and Norwegian did their very best to make the excursion set up smooth.

One of the things that stands out about Norwegian is their staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. You will love cruising with them!
